So, what do I do here?

I’ve been wondering what to write about on this blog. Today, I decided that I would use this blog to write about my internet marketing (IM) ventures. I don’t really want to talk about these things on my personal blogs, just because I want to keep my professional online life separate from my personal online life. I guess eventually the two will merge, but for now, I want to keep them separate.
So, what have I been doing that relates to IM?
I’ve been doing a lot of market research into various niches and have been absorbing a lot of knowledge about internet marketing and about how to successfully launch a product. Right now, I’m working on two products of my own. Both products are in the hobby niche. I want to launch one within the next 4 weeks and the other one 2 to maybe 3 weeks after that. Depending on how well those launches go, I may decide to put together an IM product of some kind, but we’ll see about that as well.
One of the things that I’ve discovered, is that I really don’t know much about internet marketing, nor do I know as much as I thought I did about web design and copy writing. The good thing, is that I don’t need to know much about neither, I just need to know where to find the talent that knows how to do these things and do them well. Alas, enter rentacoder, guru and elance. I plan on outsourcing a part of my projects to some of the people on those sites. Wish me luck.
